Down Arrow Study of UK Call-Centers by Kaytek Director - Mr. Atul Khatri

Kaytek Sales & Service Director, Mr. Atul Khatri, was one of the 12 IT (Information Technology) Professionals selected from India by the British Council and Foreign Commonwealth Office of the British Government for an Advanced Management Program - Chevening Scholarship.

The above Program had an Advanced Management For Technology component at the Manchester Business School (MBS), in Manchester, UK.

Manchester Business School had a contract with the Call Centre Association in UK. The participants studied Call Centre Workings in UK and analysed as to how that work could be possibly shifted to countries like India due to lower labour costs.

Mr. Atul's Call Centre Visits and Research done as part of the Training in Manchester helped Kaytek to improve internal operations.
