For India's Leading Domestic Airline, Kaytek had designed and implemented an Integrated Purchase and Inventory System at Mumbai.
The Stores Inventory Modules were implemented at 2 different Warehouse Locations in Mumbai.
These Stores handled different types of items.
All Modules were completely integrated across the different locations.
These Stores Inventory modules had the following features :
1.1 - Facility to Define various Masters - Stores Location, Storage Areas, Item-
wise Assignment to Storage Areas, Update Opening Stock of Item, Users,
User Groups, Passwords, etc.
Other Master Data were automatically
transferred from the Purchase Module.

1.2 - Input Requirement Forms received from other departments and offices
for their stores material requirements.
1.3 - Create Print Material Issue Voucher for Issue of Items to
Department / Offices, employees or Suppliers. Facility for both
Unconfirmed and Confirmed Material Issue Vouchers.
1.4 - Create and Print goods Receipt Notes for handling Receipt of material
from Suppliers, Employees and Departments / Offices. Confirmed
Goods Receipt Notes to automatically update Purchase Orders received
from Purchase Module.
Facility to enter both Unconfirmed Goods
Receipt Notes - those Goods Receipt Notes without Valid Supplier
Purchase orders and also Confirmed Goods Receipt Notes - those with
Valid Purchase Orders.
1.5 - Enter Item Retrievals from Flights twice a Day at the Warehouse Stores and update the Stock with the same.
1.6 - Transfer Inventory Data and Goods Receipt Note data with the Purchase
Module.
1.7 - Facility to enter Security Gate Pass for Outward Movement of items.
1.8 - Facility to create / enter Airway Bill Document for Outward Movement
of items.
1.9 - Extensive reporting / query facilities in terms of inventory of items
and consumption of items.
