The customer designed and manufactured High Speed Yarn Texturising Machines with an Italian collaboration.
Each machine consists of numerous assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts (over 100,000 individual items).
Over a three year time period, Kaytek designed, developed and implemented an Integrated Software System covering the following modules :
 Machine Bill Of Materials at multiple levels - Assemblies, Sub-Assemblies, Components and Items

Machine Costing (both Domestic and Imported Items) based on quotations received from suppliers and currency fluctuations
Creation, Printing of Purchase Orders (Materials, Services)
Manufacturing Inventory (integrated with Purchase Orders) covering Material Receipts, Issues and Returns to internal manufacturing departments as well as external vendors.

Complete System Implementation and Handholding including Masters Codification,
Master File Creation, etc for a 3 Calendar year period.
