The Other Reliance (ADAG) Arm also plans to enter India's Retail Sector ?

In today's (11th August 2006) business papers, there is speculation that the other Reliance (ADAG - Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group) also plans to enter the Retail Pharmaceutical sector in India.

Also, in yet another affirmation of the prediction made on this weblog a few months ago, the idea is to tie-up with the existing Pharma Retail Outlets in India via their Trade Associations and offer them shares as equity stakeholders in the proposed joint venture.
