Remember this Kindergarten Poem from our Childhood ? We all held hands together and fell. Then Got Up. Together. Similarly, Organizations are no longer isolated. I call them as Ring A Ring A Roses Real Time Relay Organizations. Linked to other parts of their own organizations or other organizations in different Geographies across the Planet. Via Either Wired Or Wireless Networks. For Both Voice and Data Communications. Information Relayed In Real Time. Courtesy The Internet. My nephew works for A US Bank in Mumbai. Their BPO Unit here provides Real Time Offsourced Information Based Decision Services to their Locations all over the world. For example, if a customer walks into this Bank's Detroit Office asking for a loan application, his papers move electronically real time via the Internet to their BPO Unit in Mumbai. Within 60 minutes, the Bank's Loan Officer In Mumbai processes the Detroit loan applicant papers and conveys the Decision to the Detroit Branch in the US electronically. The same Circular Ring Decision Process happens daily in all the Bank branches around the globe - New York. London. Dubai. Delhi. Dacca. HongKong. Tokyo. Sydney. Wherever. Organizational Locations linked Real Time. Information Relayed Real Time Across Thousands Of Miles in a Circular fashion. Within Organizations Focused Always On Serving Customers Real Time. Across The Globe. Wherever they are. Hence the name Ring A Ring A Roses Real Time Relay Organizations. Offshoring And Offsourcing prevents our organizations from moving in circles. It helps us all.
